My name is Susan Wells and I am the Guidance Counselor at Hillcrest Elementary School. The goal of our guidance program is to assist students in their personal, academic, and career development. We develop skills and awareness in these areas through large group guidance lessons, small group counseling sessions, and individual counseling sessions with students.
