Bio
I am a native of Enterprise.  I graduated from Enterprise High School, and then attended Enterprise State Junior College.   I received my teaching degree from Troy State University in Dothan.

I first started as a teacher's aide at Pinedale Elementary.  I then taught at College Street Elementary for seventeen years .  While at College Street, I taught first grade for the first 8 years, third grade for 6 years, and fifth grade for 3 years. I currently teach at Pinedale Elementary. I have taught 5th grade ELA and Social Studies here for 4 years, but this will be my 4th year as the Reading Interventionist. 

I have a daughter, a son-in-law, and an absolutely precious grandson.   I also have 3 dogs.  I enjoy relaxing by the pool, swimming, working in the yard, spending time with family (especially my grandson) and friends, reading, and watching Alabama football. "ROLL TIDE!"
