Experience
 My career in education began in 1994 here at Pinedale.  I was the physical education aide for 8 years before moving into the classroom to teach At-Risk math for one year.  In 2002, I was hired as a classroom teacher and taught third grade for one year.  I moved up to fourth grade the following year and enjoyed teaching amazing students in fourth grade until 2020.  In the Fall of 2020, I then decided to make a move and teach second grade. I am proud to say I have found my home!  I am a highly qualified teacher who loves working with children.

Bio
The one word I would use to describe myself, would have to be .......BLESSED!!  I have a wonderful family, a fantastic job, and the best friends anyone could ask for. I was an "Army Brat" who had the privilege of living in all different parts of the country, as well as overseas.

My husband and I live here in Enterprise. We have three beautiful children, we even have an adorable little Shih Tzu named Kip, who is spoiled by all five of us.  We are members of Hillcrest Baptist Church. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading a good book, going to the lake, and traveling to places my children have never been before.  My children are very active with tennis and volleyball, so I am very busy after school.  

I am so thankful to be able to teach each of my second graders and watch them learn and grow throughout the year.  As I said earlier....I am truly BLESSED!!!!  I have learned to never take a single moment for granted, to live each day to the fullest, and to hug my children every chance I get.
