Dr. Shavonne H. Burrows

Dr. Shavonne Burrows is native of Eufaula, Alabama where she graduated from Eufaula High May 1997. After high school, she furthered her education at Troy State University (Troy, Alabama) where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in K-6 Collaborative/Elementary Education, Masters and Educational Specialist in K-6 Elementary Education from Troy University (Phenix City, Alabama), Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction (Argosy University), and Masters in Instructional Leadership Certification P-12 from Troy University (Dothan, Alabama).

Dr. Burrows has nineteen years of teaching experience in Alabama and Georgia. As an educator, she embraces lifelong learning, prepare future graduates for college or the workforce, promote the development of positive relationships among her students, foster academic achievement, encouraging relationships, academic excellence, personal and professional growth, respect for all individuals, collaboration, and open communication.

Dr. Burrows is married and have three childern. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, giving back to her community, reading, researching, shopping, and traveling.
