Sean Weiler is the director of bands at Enterprise High School in Enterprise, Alabama. This is Mr. Weiler’s sixteenth year of teaching in Enterprise. During the fall, he leads the 250 member marching band and in the spring his responsibilities include overseeing the four concert bands, conducting the wind ensemble and directing the Winter Guard. Prior to being the head director, he was the band director at Enterprise Junior High School for seven years and in 2013 he was named Teacher of the Year.

   Mr. Weiler holds a BS and MS in Music Education from Troy University. While at Troy, he served as a graduate assistant for the music program. He also holds an Instructional Leadership Certificate from Auburn University at Montgomery.  He is a member of the National Association for Music Education, the Alabama Music Educator's Association, the Alabama Bandmaster's Association, and the Alabama Education Association.

   Mr. Weiler’s bands have received superior ratings at district and state festivals for the past eight years. He has guest conducted and served as a clinician to various programs in the southeast.
