Mrs. Lee Blount
Hello! I am a proud student and graduate of the Enterprise City School system (Class of 1995). I taught both special education and general education in Georgia from 2001 until 2017, when I moved back home to Enterprise with my husband and four children.
This will be my 21st year teaching and I have been at Rucker Boulevard for 3.5 years. I have been a Resource Teacher since starting at RBE, but this year I will be a 3rd grade teacher. I truly love building rapport with my students, as well as their families.
Communication is key to building trust and rapport; we will be using Remind 101, as well as phone calls, emails, and face to face visits to stay in touch. Please know I am honored to be entrusted with your child's education and will do my best to love them first, teach them well, and help them move towards their greatest potential.
One of my core beliefs: You are a rainbow of possibility!
For fun, I enjoy watching my children in their various extracurricular activities, going to the beach, gardening, and reading.
My greatest loves are: God, my family and friends, Auburn football (War Eagle!), EHS football (Go Cats!), my cats and dog, coffee, and peanut butter M&Ms.
