• Family and Consumer Sciences/Food, Wellness, and Dietetics

Family and Consumer Science courses are offered at both the ECTC campus and the EHS campus. These courses help students recognize the needs and roles of the family in the development of individuals in today’s society. Instuction helps prepare students for work in the family so that improvements in the quality of family life and society can be made. A leadership development module, including organizational skills, critical thinking, communication, and project development is included in each course.
