    Masonry courses at EHS utilize NCCER’s three-level curriculum to encompass modules such as Mortar, Metalwork in Masonry, and Estimating. Masonry is one of the world’s oldest and most respected crafts. Students learn to work with brick, block, stone, tile, and stucco.

    Skills USA logo CTSO (Career Tech Student Organization) - SkillsUSA

    * Students taking Masonry courses are encouraged to join our CTSO, SkillsUSA.  Students in SkillsUSA participate in community projects and have the opportunity to travel to state conventions to collaborate with, and compete against, other SkillsUSA students in Alabama.  



    • 10th-12th grade Masonry students have the opportunity to earn simultaneous Masonry Dual Enrollment credits through Wallace Community College.   
      • Each EHS course articulates to a 3 hour WCC community college credit
      • Currently, as of 08/08/2022, Masonry dual enrollment course tuition is paid by Alabama's Workforce Development Grant.
