Registration Information for Harrand Creek
The following documents are required for enrolling a student in Harrand Creek Elementary School:
1. Alabama Immunization form (blue card)
2. Copy of birth certificate
3. Copy of Social Security card (Disclosure of Social Security Card Numbers (SSN) is voluntary only. 2. Social Security Card Numbers are used by our district for limited purpose of properly identifying students for record-keeping and transcripts and are kept confidential. 3. The lack of or refusal to provide SSN will have no impact on the districts' enrollment decision. 4. Students who enroll without a SSN will be assigned an alternate identification number.)
4. Two proofs of residence (mortgage documents, property deeds, residential lease, utility bills or deposit receipts, voter precinct identification, automobile registration, property tax records)
5. Copy of last year's report card or withdrawal papers from previous school.
6. Court document indication legal custody (If applicable)
7. All required registration forms completed in their entirety.
Registration Packets are located on our school website under the registration tab or available for pick up in the front office. Please contact the office to schedule a time for pick up.
